"I was trying to follow the game…"
I was trying to follow the game live, but the stats were lagging so badly it got frustrating. At times it almost felt like they didn’t really want people tracking everything in real time, because the updates were that delayed. Not the smooth experience I was expecting

Used goaztecs.com to grab seats for a game. It worked, but wasn’t exactly smooth. Seat map loaded slow, and a few seats looked open until I clicked and they weren’t. Prices were clear enough, though I had to backtrack a couple times. Checkout was fine. Not bad overall, just not the easiest seat picking experience.

I mostly use goaztecs.com to check game times and event dates, and honestly... it’s been solid for me so far!! There was one time I had to double-check a time change somewhere else, which was a little annoying, but usually the schedule updates show up fast enough. It’s not perfect or anything!!! But it’s easy to use and reliable enough when I’m trying to plan around games. I’d give it 4 stars because it does what I need it to do!!

"Works Fine, But the Waiting Feels Bigger Than It Should"
goaztecs gets the job done, but sometimes the pages take just long enough to load that it feels like a tiny test of patience. It’s not some total disaster or anything, but when I’m just trying to quickly check a score or look at tickets, those extra seconds start to feel dramatic. Overall it works okay, I just wish it felt a bit smoother and faster

My account login works probably most of the time, but every so often it’ll just sit there spinning or ask me to reset my password again. It’s not a huge deal, but it gets kind of annoying when I’m just trying to quickly check something.

I was surprised by how much merch they had available. I went in expecting just a small selection, but there was way more than I thought there would be. It was a nice surprise, though I do feel like after the mix-up with expectations, some kind of discount or compensation would be fair.

"Decent savings, but the deals are kinda stingy"
I checked out goaztecs hoping to find some solid deals, and yeah, a few promos were actually useful. But some of the discounts felt stingy and only worked on certain stuff, which was annoying. I still saved a little money, so I can’t complain too much, but the whole setup could be clearer before checkout instead of making you deal with those sneaky little restrictions at the end.

Buying tickets on San Diego State University Athletics was okay overall, but the checkout process felt slower than it should’ve been. I had to go back and double-check my info a couple times, and the fees didn’t show up until late in the process, which was annoying. I ordered from goaztecs.com and ended up needing to exchange one of the items. It did get taken care of in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, bad experience, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest. I had to wait around for replies, and the refund took longer than I expected. Not awful, just slow, slow, and a little frustrating...
